Subtle woody aromas. Smooth, light and drinkable. Tart plum and raspberry, slightly herbal, medium tannins. Reminiscent of a Beaujolais. Good with spicy food.

Peppery and floral with a bit of mushroom and barnyard or forest floor. Beautiful and expressive like a Jura red (arbois) with an added touch of faint effervescence.
