Pale lemon color with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and floral smoky yeasty notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach and lemon citrus with notes of honey and spice. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity ending with fruit, smoke and mineral spice. Nice!

Passion fruit, blood orange, rose petals, apricot. Bright acidity. This will age well and interestingly till 2035, developing all sorts of aromatics, including petrol and wild honey. Impressive and pretty.
