Eric Bordelet is the acknowledged Cider Master from the Loire valley in Normandy (Mayenne). The colour of amber beer. This cider is made from a blend of 19 apple varieties including bitter, sweet and acidic varieties. Aromas of mouldy apple (unsurprisingly) Palate is intense yet refreshing with stewed apple and low acid. Fine bubbles. Only 6% ABV and very enjoyable.

Lovely medium gold color aromas of apple pie cinnamon stick and lemon tart. It's delightfully refreshing with very little sweetness just a hint to make it off-dry and well balanced acidity. At only 6%abv you can quaff it quite nicely.

Amber. Nice nose w/ yeasty, cooked apple notes. Crisp palate still has good palate texture, lots of complexity, long finish w/ tannic dryness.

Very nice, dry Breton cider. I don’t have much by way of reference for ciders. This had a dry finish, some limited complexity, and gentle presence of the apple.
