Wanted something red but not too overpowering for a Greek salad I cooked up. This was a really simple and straightforward food friendly wine reflective of is price point. Not dry, but not flat either. I could see it pairing well with a diversity of food.

A decent example of Oregon Pinot. Although pretty big and juicy. Cherry cough syrup, mushroom and leather. Good body and structure.

Pale Ruby. Medium - nose with strawberry sappy resinous notes - rhubarb. Dry with medium- tannins , intensity, acid and body. Palate showing the same strawberry sappy notes. Not that complex with a short finish. Good wine with short term cellaring potential.

Disjointed and simple. Unfortunately it's not even easy to drink. #oregon #pinotnoir

Really amazing! Very bright and fruit forward, great alcohol content. An excellent Pinot Noir from the great state of Oregon!

This ones giving me sour cherries, raspberries, forest floor and a definitive hit of umami. Like pancetta umami. Hmmm. I'll take it.

Pre wedding dinner with Mom.
This note courtesy of her: red cherry and light body, not overly distinct, but quite lively and good for food. No rough edges. #notesfrommom #pinotfiles #familydinner #pinotFTW

A little thin and even a bit bitter, but very drinkable and lightly sweet.
