Took a little time to open up, but then it was one of the best Poulsard experiences I've had. Pure cherry with a bright lift balanced with a touch of earthiness.

2011 Poulsard... Michele Bday wine via David... Refreshing, light rose, bitter blood orange, fresh and uplifting... could drink this wine all day... love!
