Apricots, nutty, paired well with the meal but not my go to

florial light salt drink very cold

Crisp with zippy acididity and nice flor aromas. Quite fruity with green apples and lemon peel and salty almonds.
Typically bone-dry and very nice as an aperitif but also quite good friendly. And a nice entry point to sherry for non-believers.

Really lovely and nutty. So much floral and nutmeg mouthfeel.
