I really wanted to like this-- I just find it awkward and out of balance. This overaged manzanilla fails to integrate the biological flor driven flavors, with the salinity and also the oxidative notes from aging. Too much going on = too little going on.

Rich, copper coloured, with lots of candied fruit (apricots), caramel & toffee. Fresh, salty, nutty with loads of umami. A finish that last forever. Delicious.
