Vieilles Vignes Cinsault

2017. Little gassy, but blew off. Cherry cola, herbs, soft dusty tannins, hint of orange zest, licorice and nice acid. Fun wine.

2015, but felt like it was in its way out or maybe had experienced some heat. Either way, was still good. Some cranberry and herbal notes but had a woody and jammy character once on the palate.

Very tasty. Jammy up front, dry and herbal on the end.

Nice balanced wine to get a booster shot 💉 day

LOTS of tobacco and earth. I’m not getting any fruit at this point.

Very fruity. Acidity comes through. Needs to pair with a strong milk cheese or grilled meat.

Very good wine - first sip very dry with tart berry flavors. The wine mellowed on the pallet as you drank and paired well with cheeses. Interesting grape varietal!

beautiful, fragrant nose, great sipper

Spicy red fruit forward. Dry, medium body. Great to drink alone, or with charcuterie or other light fare.

Vodka cranberry. Extra points for being a unique grape.
