Summer sipping. Nice citrus fruit, wish it lingered a bit longer on the finish, but who’s complaining on a hot July day with a pretty Chablis. 💓

Light on the nose. Lots of minerally goodness. Light apple/ pear. Would be a great summer sipper. Monty ( pictured above) rated it lower, disappointed it didn’t smell or taste like half- aged compost or dead squirrels.

Pop and pour. Undoubtedly the best btl of the bunch. Rich in style for Chablis with a nose showing sweet apple, lemon, lemon oil, hazelnut, but loads of nice minerality. On the palate: lovely acidity; dense and oily with loads of stony minerality, lemon and soft herbs. Very nice, and perhaps I just didn't wait enough on any of my previous btls.

A truly lovely Chablis with subtle pear and green apple notes, strong minerality and hints of chalk and maybe some flint. We paired it with a cavatelli-mushroom dish. Perfect.

Notes of apple. A bit of citrus. Nice minerality. Paired this with some soft cheese.

Better than the 18 imo. On the nose: sweet apple, clove/toast, smoke, lemon oil. On the palate: ok acidity, slightly oxidative golden apple..a touch thin but slightly short finish, which is fortunately tangy.
