Kaboom. Explosive and engaging; so concentrated that it expresses as camphor, pine resin and even turpentine...then the rich, ultra-savory, dryish and nutty palate kicks in. Greatness here.

Fino is my developing side. This was nice... For Fino.

A fair bit more oomph than your standard fino.

Nice freshness, with toasty almonds and a green apple'ish nuance. Salty, fresh, highly drinkable.

Complex with good tension. Precise, bright lemon & rounded hazelnut notes accenting the texture. Dry finish which keeps one coming back to the glass.

Keep going back to this.....briny, shelly, oxidatative beauty.....
