E Guigal produces fine Rhône wines. Deep Ruby with aromas of dark berry fruit and simple spice. On the palate juicy flavors of black plum and blackberry fruit, earthy pepper and black olive notes, vivid acidity, good balance. Firm tannins (needs decanting) long finish ending with spicy fruit character. Drink now and over next 5 years. Good value.

Beautiful floral notes with dried red rose petals, violet and herb de Provence. Dried red cherry, ripe raspberry and black cherry, dried herbs with touch of black pepper note, med body, med plus tannin with med to med plus acidity. A lovely wine for its price.

Sweet red fruits and berries, almost candy like, mixed with a hint of stinky component. Quote pleasant actually. Smooth tannin but not very complex. Solid @$19.99.

Very solid classic example of Napa Rhone Syrah. Black fruit, smoke, pepper, bacon it may not be too shelf but it's very serviceable.
