Good with food: we had it with old-fashioned shrimp cocktail, and the brioche worked with the salty sea flavors of the shrimp, and the acidity was great.

First champagne we've both really loved in awhile. Nice brioche notes that appealed to Mac. Think we both actually like a little more RS than some of the nerdy stuff I've been buying
