A Chardonnay and Pinot Noir blend. Golden straw with stone fruit aromas and yeasty notes. On the palate peach and apple flavors with a nutty mineral character. Ok balance on a medium finish ending with chalky tones. An ok bubbly, but at similar price points there are better ones. For a few$ more, their Brut reserve is much better.

Non-vintage from the 70s, oxidized in all the right ways, rounded and creamy, wow, delicious.

The nose shows bright Pinot Noir fruit with hints of rose petal and raspberries. Has a very fine mousse and some yeastiness comes through at the end. The finish is pretty well-balanced with a raspberry whipped honey note that's very persistent. There also some notable extremely faint and fine tannins on the finish. I find this to be an interesting and unique Champagne.

Nothing like a champers at 9.30am but it's ok as about to fly to Tokyo. Fresh bread and dry lemon notes. Well judged dosage. Excellent length and persistence. Will seek out in the future.

I think there are pure grower champagnes that are more interesting but for dependable well priced bubbly this is pretty damn reliable.

After a 9 out of 9 success rate in this latest Sommelier Exam, The Wine Company raises a triumphant loving cup of this marvelously biscuity Champagne at the autolytic end of this glorious spectrum. What's more is two of our very own tied for the highest exam score! Three cheers and a wholehearted hip Hip!

Bready, yeasty, Apple spice, almonds and peach on the palate. Apple pie with butter crust, great acidity and nuts in the palate. Great stuff.
