Feb 5th, 2022Opaque and lively. Nose jumped out like an angry beast. Still a little young and tannic. Black fruit with a nice density. Long finish and surprisingly lower alcohol at 14.5%. Will develop nicely as time goes on.

Sep 4th, 2021This is a beautifully understated syrah...the nose is restrained with faint smoked meats, dark fruit, and baking spices...then such a balanced mouthfeel with cedar, stewed plums, tar, and a hint of cocoa that flow effortlessly across the entire palate with a subtle tannic grip at the end....delicious!
