A beauty of a Syrah. None of the pepper and olive notes, just fruit and and glorious structure. Smooth, yet textured. Overall, so well balanced. First time trying this, and it won’t be the last.

Big luscious Syrah. BlackBerry, violet, squid ink, licorice. Decanted 2.5 hours and needed every bit of it. Definitely worth the wait!
