Lovely cherry and cherry blossom nose. Cherry, cinnamon, minerals, and fresh strawberry on the palate. Medium tannins, medium alcohol, and high acid that lingers long into the finish. Beautiful structure and balance. A beautiful wine start to finish in the Burgundy style.

Jul 1st, 2021Wow. This is the sine qua non of Oregon pinot. Intoxicatingly spiced red fruit on the nose. Seamless and bright on the palate, but with great peppery/spicy depth to the fruit. It is amazing how the 2012 Oregon pinots show very little age despite now being 8 years past the vintage date.
