Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Dark Ruby with aromas of ripe berry fruits, herbs and earthy spice. On the palate flavors of black cherry, raspberry and black currant with espresso, cacao, cedar and earthy spice notes. Well balanced, lively acidity, fine tannins long ending with fruit and toasty tobacco spice! Nice!

Strong, bold and full of tannins….very youthy in my opinion

RICH. The word is RICH. Muscular Napa Valley Cab essence artfully weaving together fruit, oak, earth, tannin and acid, with an inviting nose, weighty mouthfeel and generous finish. Don’t often drink Napa Cabs these days because the QPR isn’t there, but this bottle doesn’t disappoint, despite the price. I’d buy it again. Enjoyed the 2018 vintage with NY steak and mashed potatoes.

v18. Delicious.. soft, fresh cut cedar nose. Juicy, rich, black currant fruit. Long, smooth, slightly tight, black pepper, mocha and leather finish. Great food wine.

ruby red.. plum, leather on the nose. a bit strong on the entry and finish. let it open up for 45-60 minutes.

Christmas present. Not too sweet or bitter. Crowd pleaser.

Primarily Cabernet Sauvignon (83%) with some additional Bordeaux varieties blended in. Intense dark aromas of black cherry/raspberry, chocolate “, violets and figs. Pallet is a nice combination of red/blue/black berry and plum fruit with hints of fresh herbs, exotic spices and vanilla. Smooth and silky tannins balanced by bright acidity. Long finish.

Always solid. Purple color and definitely young. Blackberries and vanilla with ample oak. Lovely texture and finish.

Gifted. Decent but cellared and bottled, 14.5. Bit heavy in alc but not overly oaked at least
