Had this NV about three years ago and tried their new batch. The Carte d'Or cuvée has a very high proportion of Pinot Noir, which is “the Drappier style.” Aromas of stone fruit and spice in a light frothy mousse. On the palate peach, plum and raspberry with citrus zest and earthy spice. Nice flow of bubbles lead to a lingering finish ending with toasty notes. From my prior notes very consistent house quality style. Nice!

Entry-dry, light floral aroma, strong bubbles, tastes of summer.

Zesty and floral aromas all the way. Nice tension and texture. Crush wet stones, striking balance and smooth finish. Brioche and candied apricots. Peachy on the end back of the palate as well. Short finish but lingering enough to taste its nuances for over 5 secs. Cheers !
