A sparkling from 100% Mosel Riesling made by the traditional method. Pale lemon, this crisp dry sparkler shows aromas of stone and citrus fruits with bread notes. On the palate flavors of apple and pear with hints of citrus. Medium+ finish ending with fruit and slight yeasty mineral notes. Good value. Drink now!

Cool wine. All of the great aromatics of Riesling (apricot, peach, floral) ,but sparkling. Yum!

Light golden in color.

Fruity nose of citrus, lemons, apples, pears, light tropical fruits, minerals, bitter vegetables, spices, herbs and white pepper.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity, crisp and refreshing with effervescent that goes away with some time in the glass.

Dry on the palate with lemons, citrus, green apples, grapefruits, minerals, limes, light vegetables, sea salt, white pepper and spices.

Medium finish with spices.

This is an above-average sparkling Riesling from Mosel. Nicely balanced with mild complexity.

If you like sparkling wine, this is a nice example. Easy to drink by itself or with food. I paired it with a baked fish dish.

12.5% alcohol by volume.

So and so. A little bitter on the finish. Haven’t consumed much German sparkling but this was okay
