Sep 30th, 2016Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs, partly fermented in wood barrel (25%), steel for the remaining grapes. Considering is an entry level wine for this winery, it's nicely crisp and easy to drink, with good structure and very easy to pair with most meals, too.
