Excellent with Indian lunch buffet. Stands up to the heat well. Present residual sugar, but not overly sweet. Plenty of acidity to carry it through.

I have purchased this wine solely based on very positive review here on Delectable by Anthony. No regrets. Gripping acidity combined with pronounced citrus flavors. I can see a lot of possibilities for food pairings.

33 year old Gewurtztraminer vines from the Columbia Gorge. Harvested on the early side, so plenty of acidity remains intact. Shows the powerful, floral aromatics one looks for in this grape, but drinks bone dry. What kind of madness/courage has a producer making dry Gewurz their flagship wine with just over 200 cases? Very highly recommended.

Excellent domestic Gewurtz. Bright acid and defined minerality complement the lychee fruit and floral bouquet. Killed with Indian food.
