Delicious bottle of Donnhoff. Clementine, Agave, Mint.

Apricot jam, honey, lemon.

No formal notes . Quite deep lemon gold colour , hint of amber . Quite developed on the nose , honey , touch of caramelised peel , dried spice , honey and saffron . On the palate this is fresher with good acidity and caramelised peel , honey , quite good length and balance . Drinking now , wouldn’t leave this too much longer especially in half bottle

Lovely amber orange color. Like apricot jam with some honey and minerals mixed in for good measure. Sweet but not cloying.

Delicate, balanced sweetness and acidity. I expect more minerality from Donnhof typically, but beautiful and enjoyable nonetheless. This has many years left in it and will only get better with time.

Creamy acidity, refreshing sweetness.

Very dry as Auslese's go. Pure and "sharks with frickin lasers" focused. Perfect only in Germany balance between acid and RS. Lovely almost perfect wine experience.
