No formal notes . Quite deep lemon gold colour , hint of amber . Quite developed on the nose , honey , touch of caramelised peel , dried spice , honey and saffron . On the palate this is fresher with good acidity and caramelised peel , honey , quite good length and balance . Drinking now , wouldn’t leave this too much longer especially in half bottle

Delicate, balanced sweetness and acidity. I expect more minerality from Donnhof typically, but beautiful and enjoyable nonetheless. This has many years left in it and will only get better with time.
