Very dry, very mineral, very strict. Lacking some schmelz, fun and complexity, so I found this nice, good, but nothing special.

Ahhhh... Lovely... Springtime in Holland! A lemony, creamy, spicy, stoney Donnhoff in my glass and a wonderful view on 'Malle Jaap' (1516 AD). Happy times!
