Wonderful as always. 2016 vintage drunk in 2021. So light yet full of flavor.

lovely expression.
🌺, 🍋, 🍏, White 🫑 and copper all the way.
enough acid to confuse a few hippies in the parking lot right before a grateful dead concert.

paired lovely with a hot day out picnic-ing with some jahnun (yemen pastry), salsa, tahini and spicy sauce (zhug). and a good fresh salad

a vacation in Germany with this by the pool? an idea

Beautiful pairing with Hake and thinly sliced bell peppers and thyme. Perfect for catching the waning summer days stop my balcony.

Savory, salty even, and strikingly full of flavor, much more stone and slate than fruit; high acid with a lemon tinge, there’s also a grassy, fall leaves crunchiness to this wine; high acid; med to long finish. Only attribute o am not fully behind here is the bitter quality to the finish is a touch too raw. Day 2: acid somewhat muted and fruit showing through a bit more. So delicious. Increased rating.
