Donnhoff family came to Nahe region over 200 years ago, today, Helmut Donnhoff has been making wine since 1971. Aromas of ripe stone fruits and flinty notes. On the palate pronounced aromas of apples and peaches with zippy acidity and bright mineral tones. Medium finish ending with fresh mineral character. Nice value.

Good acid and elegance

Dry and fruit forward. Went well with Chinese food.

Fairly neutral and zippy but oh my the texture!

Nariz: limon, manzana verde, flores blancas, piedra mojada

Boca: Acidez M+/Alto, Alcohol M-

Beautiful candy fruits with subtle nutty tin/ petrol nose. Beautiful acidity and great finish. Great value as well. I prefer the Troken style and boy did this deliver.

Served with black truffle "dirt",bison and cherry. The food almost negated the wine, which was crisp and biting,

2013 vintage. Faulty.
