Greco di Tufo

Star bright gold. Abundant nose and medium full palate of dried apples, white flowers, and toast. Medium plus acidity runs through from entry to finish, making an excellent combination of brightness and weight that will pair will with all types of “white wine” fare; seafood to pork to greens to cream sauces. Drink now through 2023.

Another terrific no-oak Italian white, slight tropical notes from the warmer climate, but plenty of refreshing lemon notes makes this a nearly perfect summer sipper.

Fruit driven nose of white peach, apricot, and some citrus. Lemon and nectarine on the palate. Medium finish with nice acidity.

Nice Greco. Straw color, citrusy and mineral. Light body med-high acid.

Excellent, reminded me of a Chardonnay. Very elegant.

The Thing, only made from flowers instead of rocks, after a rainy swim in the old quarry, drying off with a fruit-leather towel. 

Nice aromatics. Touch sweet I think. Enjoyable.

Light dinner type wine, but still stylish. Juicy apple and apple blossom on the nose, with a chalky minerality. Light, with nice soft fruit. Vibrant but refreshing acidity with a nice long finish.
