Nutty, not too bold. Lack of depth. Had at Peacock with Callie and Casey celebrating end of snowpocalypse

Feb 27th, 2021A lot of fake and pepper initially. Left it open after having half a glass overnight and much better on day two but could probably use even more time. A bunch of blackberries, peppers of all types, wet bark, some savory spice. I think this needs some more time.
