Lifted notes of fresh cranberry, raspberry, and blueberry at the back. Ruby with moderate concentration and little staining. Dried lavender, black pepper, marzipan, elevated acidity, medium tannin, elevated to full body. Interesting blend, wouldn’t have guessed there were Mourvèdre or Merlot in it.

Cloudy color of a red rhubarb stem. Smells tart and rustic. Bit of elderberry stem and green plums. Flavors are dry, tart and old world herbal. Some pie cherry. Lots of fizz in it. Flavors are on the sour beer and kombucha spectrum. Interesting, but nothing unbelievably intriguing. Name is a bit too much too.
