The Gadabout California White Blend

I really wanted to love this and I did enjoy the flavors. However... there was far too much fizz for a still wine that I just couldn’t overlook. I assume re-fermentation but perhaps one of you has a better idea? Once the fizz died down it had a lovely creamy mouthfeel.

Initially comes across very autolytic...seems to be some lactobacillus too. Wild wine. The roussanne seems prominent. An interesting wine but not as good as other Donkey & Goat wines I’ve had.

Medium gold, with some haze and sediment; medium minus intensity aromas of ripe yellow peach, nectarine, melon, pineapple, marzipan, hazelnut; dry, medium acid, medium alcohol, medium plus body, pronounced intensity flavors of ripe yellow peach, juicy apricot, golden pineapple, marzipan, hazelnut, medium plus finish; very good –concentrated ripe fruit flavors and fuller body well balanced with tart acid and longer finish

Tropical fruit, green apple, green pineapple, green melon, lemongrass, clove, fresh green bean, rocky and chalky.

Hazy wine! White gold in color, with yellow pear, ripe, fleshy nectarine, and subtle ginger on the nose. Palate is chewy, with candied, and ripe tropical fruit. Hints of spice, roasted almond, red apple skin, acid, and all natural funk round it out well. Take some time and enjoy this one!

Peaches, almonds, beeswax, touch of caramel on the nose. Tropical palate, broad and bit creamy. Seems like it's gone through malo. Hazy and unfiltered.

Nice Grenache blanc based blend

Very interesting; flavors: bright acid, tart Apple, creamy marzipan, mirabelle; visual: cloudy, unfiltered, deep straw; scent: coconut, mandarin orange, mallow

Jura + tropical fruit lifesavers (better than that sounds)
