Sooo good, disgorged it properly this time, just spectacular the stone fruits, Melon notes, brioche, lime note, just spot on, must obtain more.

"Skins". Fun, juicy pet-nat with a little extra grip and depth from the skin contact - just enough to add interest without pushing fully into orange wine territory. Great aperatif.

Everything you want from a petnat. Refreshingly perfect for this almost 90 degree day. Bubbles, not too fruity, great acidity. So good.
