Lovely, balanced - gentle plum and slight licorice
Lovely, balanced - gentle plum and slight licorice
Admirably restrained with a bright cherry, plasticine nose. Light and fruity, like a young Beaujolais. Very fresh and zesty. Light to medium bodied without much soulfulness. Fairly simple and bright.

Closed at first. 1.5h decant brought it@to life. Pomegranate and a touch of funk, med+ acid and fine tannins. Went well with food, pairing nicely to cassoulet.
