Six years in the bottle this is starting to pick up some weight with hints of butterscotch on top of the lemongrass and citrus pith notes you’d expect from this stony little white. Quite delicious.

A great Chasselas from the Savoie. First drink was too cold and muted, but it showed some great citrus and mineral sides once it warmed in my glass. Classic alpine white.
