Nice color. Fruit forward nose. Notes of raspberries, rhubarb, some oak, some spice and a little damp dark soil. Nice mouth feel, with no stringent tan in or acidity. Decent finish. Has a little complexity but is missing that oomph in the mid-palate. Pretty decent for the vintage.

2010 vintage. Sweet little spearmint clarifying note coming through. Still needs time but getting close to optimal pleasure. Feeling 3-5 more years will reveal the best this wine has to offer. Built for the long haul and that’s exactly what we’re encountering. Sexy potential. WOTN from @Bill Bender
