Surprisingly fruity for Priorst with dark cherry & blackberry, a bit brambly, a touch of licorice. Smooth & elegant.
Medium bodied on the palate with a nice tannic frame - polished & juicy yet with an edge. Pure fruit and nice acidity - this has great flow & energy. only downside, the alcohol (14.5%) is noticeable in the finish.
Not the most mineral Priorat nor most flashy & heavy, but drinking really nicely right now.

Galena is a blend of 35% Garnacha, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 15% Cariñena. The tannines haven’t completely softened yet. Lots of black fruits, some oak and spices, and overall very supple and ripe.
