Very dry, slightly aromatic, good medium acid, a bit bitter in mouth

Elegant. Beautifully restrained white flower and citrus mineral aroma. Dry, mid acidity. ABV13.5%

Wow. Kept improving w air over few hours.

Ik moet een nieuwe bril! Ik lees Domäne Wachau en ik denk ‘Gruner Veltliner’.
Deze Riesling is me nog te jong, te groen. Is wel verdraaid Riesling-fris, granny smith, limoen, ziltig. Mist de wat zoetere indrukken maar verder niet verkeerd.
