Les Domaniers Ott Selection Côtes de Provence Rosé Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

This was pinker and fuller than the L'Aumerade. Both from magnum. Could drink copious quantities of this.

An honest pink drink.

Magnum. Started off with an overload of sulfur (matchsticks/eggy), but after an hour or so, rebounded with some great watermelon, unripe strawberry,
earth/spice and a bit of dried herbs. Worth the wait.

Classic Provençal rosé, nice acidity, slightly salty mineral character but not the mouthfeel or juiciness of the 2014 Tempier Bandol rosé. Slightly harsh finish. Over pressed?

Pretty damn good. Perfect in every way that I like in a good rose!

60% is estate and. 40% from one of their neighboring partners they just bought two new vineyards. Strawberry raspberry fruit. Very good+

Could drink this by the gallon. Great value.
