Jul 25th, 2015Magnum. Started off with an overload of sulfur (matchsticks/eggy), but after an hour or so, rebounded with some great watermelon, unripe strawberry,
earth/spice and a bit of dried herbs. Worth the wait.

Classic Provençal rosé, nice acidity, slightly salty mineral character but not the mouthfeel or juiciness of the 2014 Tempier Bandol rosé. Slightly harsh finish. Over pressed?
