Smoke show. Insane amounts of depth and texture while nimble and brimming with vivacious energy.

Vintage 2018 | nice minerality and very, very quaffable. We finished a bottle in no time with Tarte Flambée | at Auberge du Veilleur in Turckheim

Lovely white peach, ripe pineapple and warm lemon. Long finish - great Alsatian Riesling

Pale gold. Pronounced nose of kerosene, baked red apples, ripe peaches, apricot compote, lemon peel, and white blossoms.
Very dry. Medium alcohol, medium body, high acidity. Crisp. Med+ palate intensity with notes of petrol, yellow apple peel, lemon zest, ripe peaches, and flinty minerality. Lingering finish with many years to go in bottle. Food pairings could be roast pork with fresh apple sauce; savoury poultry dishes; pan fried potatoes with bacon; creamy cheeses like Havarti or Munster

You can taste the rocks! Tastes like licking a big rock with some lemon. Less petrol, less floral.
