A haunting, concentrated and penetrating riesling. Just fabulous in every possible way. It is a huge wine but with a mineral backbone that won't quit. We finished this bottle sooo fast. Despite its youth, this wine is still so utterly drinkable. Drinks more like grand cru Burgundy than anything. Wow!!!! Thanks @Ben Edwards

Another 4th Friday for the books! What a variety this month!
Another old school Riesling that is kicking butt and taking names. Color has darkened to almost a light gold caramel. Stunning texture and purity of the honeyed almonds, dried apricot and a dash of petrol.

Another old school Riesling that is kicking butt and taking names. Color has darkened to almost a light gold caramel. Stunning texture and purity of the honeyed almonds, dried apricot and a dash of petrol.
Marmalade on a tartar based biscuit, spruce trimmings, dried apples, hazelnuts and sprouted spaghetti squash. There is a dried mint note to dazzle. Three types of citrus vie for entry, pomelo, grapefruit and tangerine, but each recedes and ducks away to sour peach and old beeswax, kafir leaf, pencil, rosemary and dry oregano. Dry finish of resolute grace.
