There are ripened wines from many regions. A 16 y old Zind Humbrecht Riesling is an opportunity not to miss. Gold coloured, fine smell with some almonds, a lot of minerals and enormous amount of butter and butterscotch. Wel balanced wine with tension. Paired with sea bass and curry shrimps.

Faint notes of the classic petrol on the nose. Mouth watering acid and juicy lemon curd on the palate. 12%. Slightly off dry initially but finishes dry and lengthy.

Starts out fresh and crisp, but botrytis notes of chamomile and ginger start to creep in. This wine is messing with my mind. So many complexities. Intense and lightly fragrant but rich and captivating.

The minerality is pretty and gentle while the acid is perfectly mouth watering. Really classy wine.

Lovely aromatics of lemon zest, ginger, lychee & white flowers. On the palate notes of stone fruit, citrus & minerals accompany a food friendly acidity & dry finish. Paired very nicely w Roasted Chicken with Thyme & Caramelized Onions.
