Perfect color, fill and character. There were plenty of toasted caramel notes from the malo and still very bright acid. I’d say 5-10 years still in front of it for peak.

Pale to mid Gold. Some old apple notes with hints of honey and unfortunately oxidation. Good minerality as expected but a little oxidised. Probably should have drunk this a few years ago. 10 years perhaps the maximum for Premier Cru Chablis?

Flinty, oyster shell dominated nose, youthful, spicy and herbaceous, this baby brings many levels of interest. Medium-bodied with tart citrus flavors and loads of spicy minerals on the finish, this youngster needs a few years to unfold and broaden its mid-palate. Promising. 92+
