Jul 20th, 2022Medium golden color. Honey, apricot, lite saffron on nose. Salty rocks. Wet wood or twigs. Rain. Lite aroma of alcohol. Maybe a few grams of RS. Rich. Acid throughout and alcohol give structure. Medium weight and viscosity. Clean creamy mineral finish after apricot candy. Alcohol leaves a light tannic texture on the finish.
