Oct 20th, 2023Jinkies, this was a passable lambic beer, a terrible wine. Had about 6 oz and poured the rest out. Cloudy dusty red color. Smelled like vinegar. It went sour and wild, brettanomyces horse blanket funk in addition to the acetic acid. Quite a bummer since we paid for a checked bag to fly this back from Atlanta.
