This aged very well. Along with blending with another Negoska (never heard of this!), the aging smoothed out the xinomavro a bit.

Where all my Γουμένισσα freaks at!?!!? Very barolo like with tobacco, mushrooms, smoke, and some violets. Ripe since it is 15 years old, probably drink soon but tastes very nice right now!
