Sylvain Pataille is really making outstanding wine in Marsannay. Super enjoyable yummy yet a bit tense and savage. Absolutely loved it on day 2, just got way better but it was already very pleasant on day 1.

Pretty tight on the nose. Black olives, shiitake mushrooms, dried dates, red cherry, strawberry jam. Fresh and clean, smooth tannin. Served with salmon belly sashimi, perfect! 2011 vintage

First experience with this producer whom I have only read about (thanks Jasper Morris & Noble Rot). Delivers the goods! Polished, silky, pure fruit and nice length. Be buying more!

Super high toned, incredible tension, vibrant tart cherry, flavors better delineated after 2 hours open. Wish I had more to cellar.
