Very good Burgundy. Marsannay isn’t the most famous or desirable region but Pataille is one of the exceptions. Wonderful texture and mouthfeel. Good earth, dark fruit.

This is tasting beautifully today.
The wild side of Burgundy, but so much burgundy! A bit dirty and rough at first and then singing as the most delicate song only burgundy can sing... or may be some beautiful Etna Rosso...

Pale ruby, medium intensity violet, cranberry, strawberry, red currant, clove; bay leaf/Laurel
Dry, medium acidity, medium tannin, clove, cranberry, strawberry,
Medium plus finish, Very good quality. Has potential to age due to acid/tannin balance and depth of flavors
Very good quality

Fresh - Dark cherry, herbs, spice. Enough acid to stand up to red sauce. Consistent over two days but will be better with time.

Really quite amazing. Just what you want in an up and coming burgundy producer...and then some. Lovely fruit. Good structure. Balance and length.
