Excellent wine, drinking very well now, and with a sort of understated precision, but also begging for 5 years to grow and uncoil.

Fancy tasting Puligny with classic lime and fancy oak. Great with my tilapia!

Slightly perfumed, very nice but perhaps a bit too heavy on the oak

So good right now with a little bit of age on it. I guess I have to start drinking some of these white burgundies I have.
