Oct 20th, 2017Had this wine at Marriott Palm Beach Club Hotel. Straw yellow with stone and citrus notes. Rapid bubbles. On the palate peach, Apple and pineapple hits a stride with a touch of minerality and fresh bread on the finish. Not bad but pricey at a hotel.

Dry and crisp and a pleasant surprise (for a domestic sparkler). Nice value at $12!

Sep 8th, 2014A bit too strong and acidic for my tastes. Even the sparkle was a tad exaggerated.

Nov 6th, 2013Second time tasting (this time aboard Princess Cruises). Pale yellow hue. Aromas of almond, apple, citrus, minerals, pear, toast. Pronounced apple and pear on the palate. Light bodied with high acidity. Lingering finish. Solid, budget alternative to traditional Champagnes. Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir.
