Striking nose: pink grapefruit rind, crumbly stones, peppery. Lean and minerally in the mouth. Worked well with pork cutlets Milanese.

There is delicate, vibrant and juicy Syrah and then there is Souhaut.

Young Syrah, beautiful and detailed. Too bad my allocation was three bottles.

Such a pretty Syrah, dark fruit and violets, anchored with an earthy minerality.

Trying something new. Clean, delicious, black pepper and bing cherry. Why haven't I tried this earlier?

Another successful vintage of this wine. Great intermingling of red and black fruit with brightness and purity to match the peppery side of the Syrah.

is it me or does carbonic maceration is starting to make everything taste the same... funky juicy with great concentration and hints of peppery syrah but really no terroir or sense of place!

On the lighter and restrained side for Syrah. 11.3% alc. 30 year old vines. #garagiste
