60% Pinot Noir, 35% Trousseau, 5% Poulsard. bright bing cherry, dried red cherry. light. balanced

Takes about 72 hours to fully open up.

Aromatic, floral. Strawberry, raspberry, mushroom and earth. M acid, m- body and tannin. Short finish. Simple.

Pinot Noir/trousseau blend. Reminds me of verduno pelaverga as the Pinot noir lightens it somehow

Nariz: Frambuesa, cereza, fresa, regaliz, especies

Boca: Tanino M, Acidez M/M+, Alcohol M

liked it better than the reviews, strawberries, light acid, ez red for the summer.

Would be curious to taste a younger vintage. This felt a bit old

Very light and straightfoward, subtle light fruit notes that get a little better and more interesting with multiple days open. Not my favorite jura, possibly my least favorite so far!
