Funky. Bruised apple on the nose, acidity, some oxidative notes on the palate. A little bit Jura, a little bit burgundy, a little bit dry fino sherry. Not something I would drink all the time, but interesting and tasty.

Really interesting, a combination of that classic buttery Chardonnay flavor with candied fruit, like a strawberry jolly rancher. The result is a kind of sweet toffee, caramel flavor.
